Originally from West Virginia, Kimberly Sevilla majored in Chemistry while in and worked as a lab assistant for the USDA creating GMOs.
She moved to New York to pursue her dream of being a designer, creating costumes for Drag Queens and Club Kids.
In her ascent to Club Kid fame, she inadvertently became an international designer creating 3D environmental projections with virtual imaging for events, museums and retail displays for lots of fancy clients Hi Chanel!
in 2008 Kimberly decided it was time to get back to her roots of working with plants and flowers, and founded her floral empire, Rose Red & Lavender.
Her work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Real Simple, Vogue Magazine, Carats and Cake, Style Me Pretty, and Biz Bash Magazine.
When not scheming her next production, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family: camping, hiking, and canoeing and having the occasional karaoke dance party.
